Gerry Mulvenna's songs

Birds of Prey
Don't fall again
Feel The Evening Sun
Footsteps of James Connolly
Hello Crusade
Love In The Dark
Napoleon's Nose
Over the water
See you again
Seven Days Torture
Smokey Stoor of Scariff
Speak my mind
Sucking sweets on a bus
We Thought It Would Rain All Day
Weapon of Mass Seduction
Words from the author

See you again

Well, it's farewell to Ireland
I'm leaving again.
When this May morning dawns
Another parting will begin
With a sense of hope across the land
For our daughters and our sons.
For the first time in my life
I feel the healing has begun.

I want to see you again.

It's farewell to the water
To the rivers and the wells
And there's sixty thousand townlands
Each with a story to tell.
For there's magic in the island
The power remains
And there's gods and goddesses to be found
In the light behind the rain.

I want to see you again.

It's farewell to County Antrim,
To Derry and Tyrone.
The three Ulster counties
Where my ancestors seeds were sown.
Though I'm leaving tomorrow
I vow I shall return
For the love of Dagda's children
Is a flame that always burns.

I want to see you again.
